Albany Door Systems Develops Training High Speed Door Program for Dealer Partners

Lawrenceville, GA -Albany Door Systems is offering a dedicated training program to Dealer Partners. Technical Trainer Rick Walton has developed a comprehensive eight-hour high speed door seminar that covers all technical aspects of Albany Door Systems' products. The program's objective is to inform and educate dealer service technicians and installers about industrial door products, thereby enhancing dealer services, Albany product performance and ultimately improving customer satisfaction.

This summer, Rick visited over 63 distributor locations instructing over 300 technicians. “The program's success has far exceeded our expectations,” said David Wood, Albany’s Distribution Channel Manager. “We have received a great deal of positive feedback from our dealer partners and are seeing an increase in customer satisfaction.
