Challenging ambient conditions are no problem for this door: The RapidRoll® 600 combines industrial design with the latest technology and is perfectly suited to long term use in any industrial environment. Thanks to its modular structure it can be used both inside and out. Even strong winds have no effect on the robust high-speed roll door. Its versatility makes it ideally suited to diverse industrial applications including room and climate separation, noise control or external doors to prevent energy losses.
Roll cover
Supplied without cover. An aluminium roll cover is available as an option.
Note:
A pulley, roll and motor cover is required for doors < 2300 mm high to comply with the requirements of EN 13241-1.
Side cover
Supplied without a cover for the pulleys.
Aluminium covers for the cable pulleys are available as an option.

The side frames are made of anodised aluminium.
Optionally:
Side frames with hinge-mounted covers provide easy and rapid access for servicing and maintenance work.
Door curtain
The door curtain can be made from extremely tough, high-strength RollTex fabric, with or without a vision panel, or NomaTex fabric with or without vision panel or strips. The coated fabric provides a good seal against moisture and draughts.
The standard colours are blue, orange and grey. Alternatively, door curtains may also be made from transparent PVC with coloured tensioning strips.
Safety features
The door is fitted with a leading edge photocell or a safety contact bar. It also has a stationary photocell.
The door can also optionally be fitted with an infrared detector (up to H = 3800 mm) integrated into the top roll cover.
Top roll
Steel, with wind guard area.
Bottom profile
The bottom profile is made of anodised aluminium. Sealing bellows for improved closure on uneven floors (option for BASE configuration, standard on ULTRA).
Drive position
The motor may be mounted on the right or left.
Motor cover
Supplied without cover.
Optionally: Painted sheet steel motor cover.

Door control
The door is fitted with the innovative MCCVectorControl frequency inverter control. This is mounted on the side frame near the motor and ensures steady, dynamic door operation.
The control unit with a foil keypad and graphic display is built into the side frame, providing rapid access to comprehensive diagnostics and error messages.
Bowden cable
Operated by lever from the floor.
Breakaway mechanism
The door may optionally be fitted with a breakaway mechanism.
Brackets
Available as an option for doors in wind class 3.
Pulse generator
Customised functions can be accommodated with the aid of additional safety devices such as infrared or radar motion detectors and a wide variety of industrial pulse generators (switches, induction loops, radio transmitters etc.). We are happy to advise you and put together a tailor-made configuration for you.
