Simple, fast and inexpensive: the RapidRoll^® 300 I is a true all-rounder, since it may be used both inside and outside in sheltered areas with low wind loads and moderate temperatures. Thanks to its modular structure, the door can be assembled according to the customer's own requirements. Its space-saving design caters for a very wide range of potential applications, which is why the RapidRoll^® 300 I is used in very diverse sectors such as production lines, materials handling or transport air locks

Top roll

The basic version is an aluminium top roll with a steel shaft journal.

Optionally available:
Version with stainless steel shaft journals and bearings or completely stainless steel design.

Finish

The side sections are stainless steel.

Door curtain

All doors may be supplied with a transparent PVC curtain with coloured tensioning strips. Alternatively, economical top fabrics or robust RollTex^® (on Mini Standard) or NomaTex^® curtains are used.

Colours

The base colour for the tensioning strips is blue and red. Alternatively, a number of other colour options are available including orange, grey, yellow, beige, green or white.

Windows

Large vision panels are included as standard in PVC curtains with coloured tensioning strips. All other curtain variants may be supplied with the option of clear vision strips.

Pulse generator

Customised functions can be accommodated with the aid of additional safety devices such as infrared or radar motion detectors and a wide variety of industrial pulse generators (switches, induction loops, radio transmitters etc.). We are happy to advise you and put together a tailor-made configuration for you.

Control unit

Control unit mounted on the side frame in a small housing. See illustration.

Graphic display

graphic display with easy-to-use foil keypad. Comprehensive diagnostics and error messages.

Bottom profile

The bottom profile can be made from aluminium or stainless steel. A reduced height bottom profile can be used to reduce the clearance. (Aluminium only for Mini version).

Safety features

Each door has an electrically monitored safety contact bar. A stationary photocell also prevents the door closing when objects or people are in the closing plane.

Motor cover

Supplied without cover. 
Optionally: with a motor cover of
• powder-coated steel

• stainless steel 15^o chamfer
• grey plastic (RAL 7040)

Note: A cover is required for doors with a height ≤ 2.5 m to comply with the requirements of EN 13241-1.

Roll cover

Supplied without a cover for the top roll. Optional cover variants in
• galvanised sheet steel
• stainless steel
• stainless steel with 30^o chamfer

Drive position

The motor may be mounted on the right or left.
