Door design

Galvanised steel, untreated aluminium or anodised aluminum profiles. Single-skinned and double-skinned, insulated version. Profiles with plastic end pieces, bottom profile with hollow-chamber rubber profile. Axle mounted on galvanised brackets to the side, steel tube roller, galvanised steel lateral guide rails.

Roll brackets

Insulated doors with a width of 3000 mm to a maximum of 7000 mm are fitted with roll brackets. The rolling system ensures that the door curtain moves freely from the top roll into the guide rails. The shaft then moves towards the guide rail entry as the roll diameter gets smaller. The rolling system's stable construction uses high quality engineering bearings.

Drive unit

Attachable chain drive with self-inhibiting worm drive with reversing contact and adjustable limit switches. Operating and safety limit switches 1:10.

Control systems, pulse sensors and safety equipment are important components in our doors. As standard, we supply our doors with a hold-to-run control system and a triple push-button. It must be possible to observe the door's closing process from the push-button's location. The closing process is interrupted immediately upon release of the push-button.

Manual operation

In the event of a power outage, the door can be opened using a crank handle.

The door complies with the provisions of the German Workplace Ordinance, the German Accident Prevention Regulations (UVV), the harmonised EU directives and EN 13241-1. Chainwheel drives are fitted with chain protection devices in accordance with section 3 of the German Equipment Safety Act (Machinery Protection Act). All powered roll doors are fitted with a TÜV-approved anti-fall device (safety gear) which acts independently on the door curtain or drive axis and halts the door in the event of failure of the mountings.
