With an opening speed of up to 2.0 m/s, the cold-resistant RapidRoll® 600 FrigoRoll® H is the perfect solution for reliable, long-term use in high-traffic cold storage and transportation applications. Its clever spring system ensures that its opening and closing motion is controlled and safe. The robust RollTex® fabric door curtain keeps moisture and draughts at bay.
Door curtain
The door curtain is made from extremely hardwearing, very strong RollTex® fabric. The coated fabric provides an effective seal against moisture and draughts. The standard colours are blue, orange and grey. The combined counterbalance and door tensioning system fitted as standard ensures that the door runs uniformly and smoothly.
Breakaway mechanism (SRD)
The door can optionally be fitted with a self-repairing breakaway mechanism or with a breakaway mechanism with automatic reset.
Drive unit
The drive unit is designed as a 3-phase brake motor. The drive is mounted optionally on the right or on the left.
Control system
The door is fitted with the innovative MCCVectorControl frequency inverter control system. The control system is mounted on the side frame beneath the motor. The control panel with display and foil keypad is built into the side frame to save space. The door is also equipped with a Combi-Box that accommodates the components for wiring and fusing the heating elements. Alternatively, the entire control system may be housed in a metal control cabinet.
Manual operation
In the event of a power failure, the door can be operated by manually releasing the brake. This releases the counterweight springs and the door part-opens automatically.
